The Xinyujie Kitchen vehicle is mainly composed of chassis, compartment, cooking equipments, generator set, water tank, sewage tank, gas stove, wok, stew pot, vegetable cutter, rice steamer, cooking table, freezer, etc. It has cooking functions such as steaming, boiling, frying and stir-frying, and can process 50-300 servings of staple and non-staple food per hour. The food quantity meets the GJB826A-2000 military food ration standard.
The car is equipped with two kinds of strong and weak lighting to meet the work needs in normal and emergency situations. A powerful range hood and exhaust duct are installed on the top of the car, so that the oil smoke and fuel waste smoke generated during processing are quickly discharged outside the car to ensure a good environment inside the car. Sewage is discharged into the sewage tank to protect the on-site environment. This product can be widely used in the army, public security, armed police, fire and logistics support departments to provide life logistics support for front-line rescue personnel.
